Baby Animal is the one that bothers me a little. As MWoO pointed out, they did a good job kind of balancing puppet/animated, but Animal is leaning totally toward puppet. I kinda wish they went totally '80s cartoon look. Surely would've appealed to their Turtles and DuckTales demographic too...

I was starting to agree with someone's theory that it would be Reporter Kermit and make sense to save for D23, but the accessory pack does make a lot of sense. Feels like it would've been a haphazard mess to display at SDCC, but that still shouldn't have stopped them.

That would be interesting but two Kermits close together seems pretty chancy. I think Trevor confirmed DuckTales will be there so the Muppets should surely be as well.

I don't see any evidence this figure will be on Entertainment Earth on Sunday. Seems likely that's just for the new three that went up on NECA's store.

Kind of a disappointment Gonzo's alt head is not season 1. I love this set (especially the bell from the sketch with Zoot)... the mismatching Snowth heads seems like an unfavorable move to dupe completionists into buying two of this set. Then again, I would've rather had the bell and baton...

I'm pretty sure NECA can't help themselves and we're basically guaranteed a new Muppet/Sesame character at every convention now, even though they're so far behind. I think this was even stated in TOYCOLLECTR.
