Yes, that's exactly what I am mentioning! I just mixed up the broadcaster. It was not a whole season, though. Just about six, 11 min. episodes.

I may be mistaken with the actual channel (could have been Teletoon), but the episodes were created and aired.

Try a razor blade or a utility knife blade. You can get the replacement blades from most hardware stores.

Elmer's glue dries hard and brittle, so be careful with that idea. Again, sealing with a spay glue before applying the latex is the way to go, IMHO. Any time you add a runny paint to latex it will make it thinner. You can try adding thicker acrylic and only make it as runny as you choose to.

You most definitely need to seal the foam before applying the latex over everything. One way to do this is by using a spray foam adhesive (e.g. 3M Super 77). Then, as Buck said, you need to apply a think layer of latex first and then you can build it up thicker and thicker. If not, not only...
