Well, I guess his mission was accomplished...who would name their kid Kermit? Everyone knows Kermit the Frog! If you remember where you read that, let me know. I'd like to look that up.
Hey, me too!!!
Another tear-jerker for me is in Follow That Bird where Big Bird is painted blue and he is singing about being blue...that one has gotten me since I was little.
My favorite Monster song is "Fuzzy and Blue" with Grover, Cookie, and Herry Monster...one of my favorite skits is the interview that Kermit does with Reponzel. Frank Oz plays the Prince and Jerry Nelson plays Reponzel. She shouts,

 I can hardly believe that it has been 12 years already, not to mention soon to be fourteen for Jim. It is sad that good people go. :boo: In remberance of Richard Hunt, I just want to express my appreciation for one of the many talented Muppeteers that were a part of the team of Henson...
Very funny guys...Jim, I believe, or atleast it looked like it, had a lazy eye. My uncle has that, and when you talk to him it's weird...I just look at the eye that is focusing on me when we talk.
I'd have to say, Jerry, that you have an awesome talent and the Muppets would have been missing a little something with out your part in the team :sing: You have played a big role with the Muppets and we really do appreciate you! Your awesome!!
Yes, I have read that Kermit was made from Jim's mother's coat. I have also read that Jim had gotten the name "Kermit" from a friend in school... is that correct?
