Just thought I would share my own "replica" puppets here with all y'all, because Muppet Central Forum is the best. Don't be scared to tell me what you think! Let's talk puppets!!

(Boober's not nearly as close to being finished as Red is.)

Great job on them so far, especially Red.
They're not exact replicas but they're pretty close to being that way!
(I also dig that far-out mosaic-esque curtain for the background...)

Why thank you! And I sure will! My laptop camera is on the fritz, but when I find my legit one I'll be sure to post better pictures Works out a little well though, because Boober needs...well, everything, really. A hat, his fluffy torso, arms... Red just needs some more pizzazz in her hair!

They look great!! If I may offer some constructive criticism, I found that when I used fabric for the tongue, it looked a bit "homely." I found that using a stiff felt for the mouth-plate cover AND for the tongue looks great! This is not the best picture, but you can see what I mean.

Thank you very much! Your little dude is adorable (and well-constructed, might I add)! The tongues are actually just plain ol' felt, so you feel I should stiffen the felt before making it the tongue then?

I just use modge podge on the underside and it stiffens and glues at the same time.
