Words You Overuse

Unfortunately, I say the phrase "I'm sorry", whenever I do something wrong or not. Sometimes, I can't help saying that phrase.

Oh well, that's better than most cases; I remember reading that a study had been conducted that suggests "I'm sorry" is one of the top three phrases that people have the hardest time saying, alongside "I need help" and one other I can't quite remember, but along those lines.

Haha my parents are always yelling at me for saying"I'm Sorry" to everything. And then I apologize for that XD

Now that I think of it, I think that other phrase was "I was wrong".

I tend to use "OK" a lot I've noticed...but then again, who doesn't?

I'm not sure, alls I know is there was some kind of study that was conducted not too long ago that suggests the three phrases people have the hardest time saying are "I'm sorry", "I need help", and possibly "I was wrong".
