*must resist muffining*

I honestly don't see many bats where I live now, but before we moved we would sit on our steps and just count the bats as they flew by

I actually am proud to say that me and a bat actually once made contact with each other...by accident...:stick_out_tongue:

Stop it...it's too hard to resist...

And I don't want Snowthy yelling at me :stick_out_tongue:

So...last night, it was dark and I was going to our kitchen. My leg scraped against the side of a box and I mistook the sound it made for a mouse. It scared me :embarrassed:

I think bats really only come out during the summer.

I've never experienced that for real (aside from the prank that was played on me), so I wouldn't know...

Now for something REALLY scary, I remember reading sometime back that because of global warming and climate change, VAMPIRE bat populations are slowly expanding up into the U.S.

Vampire bats are pretty harmless to people. They don't go and seek out humans to drink blood :/

Well, there's supposedly been some reports of people being bitten by vampire bats down in Texas I believe.
