Why do people around age 13 get attitudes about things they don't want to do?

That's just how it is. It's all part of growing up. They'll learn sooner or later. I've been there.

Like they backsass teachers and students, because they don't want to do something totally easy. They just want to talk, and if a student asks them to please hush, they start cursing at me, er, them...

I think it's natural for teenagers to want to try and push boundaries a little bit and "act out". After awhile a lot of people get over it.

Okay, here's a legit question:

There's pretty much millions and millions of people in this country alone, right? So, if that's the case, why is it that it only takes like 270 or so votes to become presidents? What's the point in that?

Talk to the founders...most of whom did NOT actually trust the common man to be able to make a thoughtful or good decision.
