And milk says "contains milk."

Now, I get the label of some food product that share facilities as those products. Those can be a serious threat if you don't expect peanuts to be in a regular candy bar. But Even from a legal perspective, I just don't see anyone lactose intolerant downing an entire thing of milk, with the word "MILK" clearly on the label and suing because he didn't think milk had milk in it, even though it says milk on the label.

But again, preventing stupid people from suing.

Years ago, a coworker of mine at Barnes & Noble was rushed to the hospital with burns in his mouth. He'd grabbed a Pop-tart right out of the toaster and bit into it. Turned out he was okay, healed fast... The next day when he returned to work, some buddies had copied, enlarged, and printed a big banner from the Pop-tart box: CAUTION: POP TARTS WILL BE HOT!

You wanna know stupidity involving peanut butter? I'LL tell you a story about stupidity involving peanut butter!

When I was in grade 4, our teacher gave a homework assignment one night: write out a recipe for peanut butter crackers. Now get this... the teacher actually FAILED any student for NOT writing "Take crackers out of the wrapper" on our recipe. Seriously, she JUST said write out a recipe for peanut butter crackers, what are a bunch of nine-years-old SUPPOSED to write? Take a cracker, spread peanut butter on it, right?

Believe it or not, some kids actually DID have the foresight to write "take cracker out of the wrapper" on their recipes, so the teacher gave them the extra credit for that, but for those of us who didn't, we failed.

Sounds like an exercise we had in Public speaking. We were given a topic and had to explain how to do it down to every little step. But this was in high school. And we were told that no matter how insignificant it might seem, to include it.

There's two kinds of people who keep the peanut butter industry alive: the poor, and vegetarians.

I understand what everyone's saying but remember there are some people out there that don't have the common sense! beleive me I was blessed with the ability to chew and eat just about anything! and the attention span of a 3-year-old! but I know when to check stuff and the retards with nut allergys may not check before they shove stuff down their throats! maybe soiciety is giving us a warning signal from the north pole where the penguins don't live! It launched in to our selves and then we were....we were! given nut allergies! yes I have a nut allergie take that penguins!

I'd get banned if I said what I was thinking about people who have nut allergies and are stupid enough to eat something without checking if it has nuts first...
