Your Thoughts: Muppets on WWE Raw SuperShow October 31

Eh... exposure is expose, and this is no different to me than Miss Piggy hosting So Random. Well, one key thing, as Disney doesn't own the show.

This clearly was more for fans of wrestling who like the Muppets than Muppet fans. Remember, WE know the movie's coming out! We knew when the movie was coming out over a year ago.

As much as I love the Muppets, two hours of that for seven minutes of Muppets sooo wouldn't have been worth it.

I'm glad I stuck to watching Halloween specials.

The Muppet stuff was pretty good. But there's no way I would be able to sit through two freakin' hours of WWE.

I think it's funny how a lot (or some) Muppet fans can't really stand the WWE and the fans of WWE can't stand the Muppets!

Personal opinion: This was AWFUL. And not because of the performances by the Muppets. It was awful because in order to make it happen, the Muppets got screwed. Basically it came down to wrestlers picking on Muppets. That's disrespectful of the property. It was like watching the high-school nerd get picked on by the wrestling captain. The Muppets were absolutely neutered. You can't blow up a wrestler. You can't eat a wrestler. You can't Piggy-chop a wrestler. Not without making the wrestlers look fake, which they can't do and maintain their show. And we all know that in any normal situation, Miss Piggy should have laid that wrestler flat when he started man-handling Kermit like that. but they couldn't do it because that would have revealed the wrestlers as the actors they are. It was just dumb. And a BAD pairing. I don't blame Steve, Dave, et.al. for their performances. In fact,they did extremely well with what they had to do. I just think it was an extremely poor idea.

Well I really think they should have used more of the Muppet Monsters insteed of the core group. I would have loved to see Sweetums or Thog get into the ring! The good thing about this is that the Muppets were on TV and doing very well they held there own, and stayed true to who they where.

I don't know about anyone else but I smell a new show soon.
