Tim Curry has always been versitile... though the only times I've ever seen him play a good guy were Gomez, in a DTV Addams family movie, Nigel Thornberry, and the original broadway cast of Spamalot (where he's almost a dead ringer for Graham Chapman- who originally played King Arthur in the Monty Python film). he's better known for villains.. Pretorious on the animated version of The Mask... Taurus Bulba on Darkwing Duck... and of course, Long John Silver in MTI...

did Xerxus do a VA focus on him?

Anyone else mundo disappointed that Disney didn't theatrically re-release Nightmare Before Christmas in 3-D this year? I went last year, and I have to say... considering I had to pay that much for a movie, and one I already saw at that, I had a wonderful time. I mean, yes... I have the DVD I can watch on my crappy little television... but there's nothing like seeing something on the big screen.

Besides... it's the only thing I did on Haloween... and the one thing I was looking forward to doing this year too.

Yeah, they did it for the last two years in a row, but I haven't heard anything about this year. Shame. I thought it would become a new tradition :frown:

Ok i've been thinking of alot of older Halloween Specials or just halloween cartoons all night. Now i remember one either a TBS or TNT special that came on back in the late 90's (i think) where it's live action but it has four or five little computer animation characters. It's has something to do with an old candy factory where someone trying to either close it down or do something with it. But i can't seem to remember the name at all. Can someone help me please!

My husband and I will probably settle in, answer the door for trick or treaters (every year here it gets bigger and bigger), light some candles, and watch my favorite Halloween Movies 'Hocus Pocus' and 'Halloween with Heffalump' on DVD.

I figured that since the weekend will be stressful, then it would be wise for me to do some serious relaxing. I'm really excited about the idea of being home this year. For the last two years, I have been away on Halloween, and that was sort of a bum deal.

Every year this one older neighborhood of millionare's mansions in my town goes totally all out and decorates all the houses really cool. One house will do something like "Frankenstien's laboratory" and have a big table with a fake person on it with bowls and jars of organs and other very realistic things, another one always does a big interactive play or scene - one year they reinacted "Psycho", another they held a "Vampire Convention" where everyone dressed as a vampire got to go in and join the party. Another house always does a casino theme, where you can bet your candy in games of poker and other games. It gets like, a thousand trick-or-treaters every year. It's super cool, I'll post pics if I go this year.
