I Wanna Build a 'Bert and Ernie's Apartment'-Type Set

Hello,

I wanna build a set in the style of Bert and Ernie's apartment.

I have a few questions.

Does anyone have detailed photo's of the apartment set?

Does anyone know how they did it with the chairs (height etc)?

Does anyone know who build these kind of sets for Sesame Street?

I did some research but what I found wasn't really satisfying.

P.S.: Fun fact: In Holland they do have a replica of the apartment set somewhere for Dutch 'Bert en Ernie'-sketches
