So i'm wanting to make a puppet, but IDK how to go about it really. I've looked at a lot of tutorials and stuff, but i was wondering if there were tips of whatever you guys could help me with. Like the lower jaw of the Glowing eyes.

If you have never made a puppet before, I would suggest to buy a pattern from project puppet, http://www.projectpuppet.com and make those until you are satisfied with your skills then these DVDs http://www.playsoup.com/#!product/prd1/355485371/"sketch-to-show:-the-complete-process" are really helpful I own the first two, and they are amazing ( I havn't seen the third but the first two were so good that I should recommend it anyway) but other than that... Making puppets isn't easy, start with somthing simpler, then get to the more complex things.

A ping pong ball with a LED inside works great for the glowing eyes effect:

For the body I would build a foam structure like this:

I think the "From Sketch To Show" videos (the first two) would be the most helpful resource for you. The Project Puppet patterns are great if you need the specific shapes (or a minor variation of them).

I Can't find the "From Sketch to show," video.

Those eyes! Are amazing thanks! That'll help a lot.

As for the Project puppet, thing I'm not sure i'd be able to afford the more expensive ones, except if you think they're worth it.

Thanks again for the comments, any more would be appreciated.

It's not that the Project Puppet patterns aren't worth it, I just think you would need to make a lot of modifications to get the head shapes you're looking for.

The "From Sketch To Show Volume 1" DVD probably has most of what you need to know - http://www.playsoup.com/#!media/crdx

I think the best approach for a head like this would be to sculpt it in clay, then make a pattern from that and enlarge it to the size you need. The entire process is described the Playsoup video, but you can find out the basics at this link - https://www.pinterest.com/pin/78179743507004567/

Also, check out this Pinterest Board I've put together, it may have some useful resources - http://www.pinterest.com/puppetvision/puppet-building-resources/

I've also been considering making the mouth glow? IDK. Is it too dark? The color? does it need to be broken up?

I don't think you have the change the colour - unless that is what you really want - but you'll definitely want to have a contrasting colour inside the mouth (red maybe?), or make it glow so that it reads properly.
