I've only had one, and they don't last really long, but you can get some good use out of them. Keeping them out of light and in a box helps the aging of it.

The Muppets use stuffed muslin gloves from the same patttern as the hand.

Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. Most of the time if he's eating a big batch of cookies, it's mimicked to look like he swallowed them. If he has to eat one thing, such as a ball, egg, etc, he usually would swallow it.

Nice work. I really like the grasshopper and the mouse. Is the mouse a rod puppet? He looks to small to be a hand puppet.

Nice work, Ben. I especially like Trekkie and Kate. One bit of criticism would be to work a little with the eye focus of your puppets overall, using the magic triangle (sorry, I must sound like a broken record) where everything on the face lines up...

I'm really impressed with your old puppets you made as a tennager. Wish I had that much talent. Who taught you, or how did you learn?

Is there a way for you to do thumbnails instead? It's harder to find newer pictures in that format.

I've said it before, I'll say it again. You guys do nice work. You're developing your own style, which is great. My only criticism is to still work a little on the eye focus (mostly the size and placement of the pupils) in relation to the nose ("the magic triangle") but other than that, great stuff.

An Internet hole. Hmm, that's a new one.

Also, sculpted foam for the head would probably work well. I don't think there's a seam down the middle of Rowlf's face, though, so that may be a little bit of a challenge.
