I agree, this does not look like it was from Labyrinth. I collect movie props, mainly from "Return to Oz" and I have seen auctions where people claim items are from the movie, and I kind of know it inside and out. And I know for a fact these things are not in there anywhere, and it will sell...

I know a long, long while back Mindstyle they were going to make a Dark Crystal Castle. And now everyone says it is sold out. Did these actually come out? Or were they cancelled? Too bad that would have been a great item to get!

Right you are. It was Brians first project on his own with out his Dad. I think they all did a fantastic job! I really miss 80's fantasy movies......

But most of the movies in that period were dark, like the Dark Crystal, but I love them both and I am glad they are not happy fluffy newer disney. The adventure and the scary moments are what makes them really good fantasy movies in my book.

I LOVE the Puppetry in this film! Especially Jack Pumpkinhead, with the voice of Brian Henson....way differant than the Hoggle voice.

... I really loved what they did in the film, the special effects for 1985 we outstanding....they dont look all 80's like most moives did back then.....Neither did the Dark Crystal for that matter...these movies were WAY before their time...
