Does anyone know the origin of the song 'Memory Lane' as sung by both Gonzo the Great :concern: and Rowlf :sympathy:? Is it a Muppet original or did they did they borrow it, as I presume they did, from someone else? If anyone could tell me who wrote it and when, I would very much appreciate it...

My new favorite quote:
"I'm not Kermit the Frog at all. I'm Angelo the Frog. I'm not even a frog at all. I'm Angelo the small green human being." :)
Yeah, Steve is younger than Kermit.
BTW Is it just me or is Kermit starting to look a little flabby/floppy/soggy in his old age? I suppose it's not too surprizing. He is over 50 now. Of course, he is still as hilarious and lovable as ever.
Another extremely unhappy BestBuy customer here. I had been looking forward to this all day and went down to BestBuy this evening since it's the closest place to my house and was really disapointed it wasn't there. Now I have to wait until tomorrow and go downtown.
The Muppets at Walt Disney World special is on at YouTube. It's in 5 parts.

I really don't want to be negative too, but though I don't have anything specific to complain about it (I'm not really picky). I have to admit that it's the first Muppet movie that I haven't watched again and again. I got it on tape, but I've only rewatched it once. I'm not even sure why. A lot...
I think Steve does a great job as Kermit. Just because his performance is different than Jim's doesn't mean that it's bad. We are never going to get someone who is exactly like Jim. Things change and we have to deal with it. Trying to get the main performers replaced is in no way going to help...
I was just watching Jim Henson's Induction into the TV Hall of Fame on YouTube

(which I think is absolutely amazing being able to see so many of the muppet characters together as well as all the muppet performers)
I was wondering...
On a recent episode of Doctor Who, when the Doctor and Rose were trying to travel to 1979, the Doctor was talking about the great things of 1979 and he mentioned the Muppet Movie saying he really loved it.
Unfortunately, I didn't get to see it because I canceled my cable since I'm so sick of the stuff on TV these days.
But I did find these cool pics of Steve and Kermit on the set:

Yes, there are such things as HIV/HCV tests. Just look it up on Google if you want to see.
Please don't go around calling people liars just because you think you know everything. I think you're being very cruel to Sara who has been through a lot and has done nothing wrong.
I glanced at the title of this thread as I was looking through the board just now and for a moment thought someone was asking if people prefered their housewives to be lost or desperate. My brain must be tired.
It's been awhile since I've read much poetry, but I like Lewis Caroll and TS Eliott and also the Rhyme of the Ancient Mariner. I really should read more though. It would help with my own writing.
Oh, and I also love the poetry my Mum writes :)
What I want to know is where they got the elephant in the first place and how they got permission to paint it pink. For that matter, how did they get the paint off again?
You don't have to be a Live365 member to listen. People (me included) have had problems on occasion though. Make sure you don't have pop up blockers on and check your computer for errors. But for more info look at the feedback section of the forum. That's where this type of question is usually...
