Does anyone know who the stars are of other international productions of Sesame Street? Just curious...

Off the top of my head, Sesamstraat has Pino (supposedly Big Bird's blue, Dutch cousin), Tommie (a big dog who likes to wear things on his head), Ieniemienie (a little girl mouse), and Purk (the new baby piglet on the block).

Plaza Sesamo has Abelardo (another of Big Bird's cousins, who is a big green parrot), Pancho (a blue grouch who, like Oscar, has a pet elephant), and Lola (a little pink girl monster who loves to play).

Yep. Although there were two full-bodied Muppets on Plaza Sésamo by the name of Abelardo. The one who's a cousin of Big Bird's, the big green parrot is named Abelardo Montoya.

Hope this helps. And if you need further assistance SSLFan, I'd recommend you search through the articles focusing on both the international Sesame Street productions and their characters at Muppet Wikia.

Yes... That'd be Tiffy, his pink female cousin.

Well... Not officially, but one can think of all the large full-bodied birdlike Muppets from the international versions of Sesame as Big Bird's cousins.

Well, in the Netherlands, Big Bird is renamed Neef Jan, which means "Cousin John" in English, so apparently, Pino is a cousin as well.

And let's not forget Moishe Oofnik, Israel's resident Grouch.
