Muppet Advent Calendar

This is a 1981 Hallmark Vintage Muppets Advent Calendar. The front has a picture of Kermit at door with presents. The text reads, "An Advent Calendar for you... Featuring Jim Henson's Muppets".

Inside has a wonderful picture of all of the Muppet characters including the Electric Mayhem, Swedish Chef, Sam the Eagle, Statler & Waldorf, Fozzie, Scooter, Kermit Miss Piggy, Rowlf, Animal, Sweetums, the Newsman, and Robin. You lift one flap for each day before Christmas for a Christmas message. When open, the advent calendar measures 14 inches by 10 1/4 inches.

The Divine Miss Piggy

The Divine Miss Piggy is an incredible ornament of her dressed as a floating angel. She's wearing a light blue gown, with a halo and wings and of course her signature purple gloves.

The ornament includes a stand so that Piggy can be displayed on a shelf.

Let's Hear It For Christmas

The satin ball ornament has Kermit pictured as Santa on one side, saying, "Let's Hear It For Christmas!"

Piggy is on the other side waiting by the fireplace, saying, "Let's hear it for Santa!"

It stands nearly 3 and 1/2 inches tall.

Kermit on Sled

Kermit rides a sled on this beautiful figural ornament. He's wearing a red stocking cap and ready for a great downhill ride. Very sought after ornament.

Kermit on Ski's

Figural ornament with Kermit on ski's riding down the mountain. Kermit has a Santa hat and is holding ski poles.

Like the ornament with Kermit on sled, the one with Kermit on ski's is also very sought after by collectors.

Christmas Plaque

Miss Piggy holds mistletoe over Kermit's head with the words "Merry Mistletoeing!" across the top.

This is the same picture as that used on the cover of the 1983 UK Muppet Annual.

Miss Piggy Christmas Stocking Pattern

This cute stocking pattern included all the important details including Miss Piggy's signature purple gloves and pearls.

Very nice likeness for being a pattern. This is most definitely a pattern for an experienced seamstress.

Kermit Christmas Stocking Pattern

Adorable Kermit stocking pattern that has a unique design. Kermit appears to be holding on to your stocking for you, as we see his arms and legs come around the sides of the stocking. How could Santa resist?

Muppet Ornament Patterns

This set includes patterns for making many fun Muppet ornaments for your Christmas tree.

Featured on the front of package is Kermit in a red star, Fozzie with mistletoe, and Animal in of a drum.

Miss Piggy Tree Topper and Heart Ornament

This pattern includes everything you need to make this 9 1/2" beautiful tree topper in which Miss Piggy is depicted as an angel. She's complete with wings and a halo.

Also included, is a pattern for the 4" heart shaped cloth ornament. Piggy's signature pearls trace the heart ornament.

Merry Kissmas!

The last of the annual Hallmark Muppet satin balls is a chrome glass ball. Miss Piggy is framed in a heart-shaped wreath with the words "Merry Kissmas!"

Plastic Ornaments with Pull Strings

Kurt Adler released this three pack of plastic figural ornaments with pull strings in box: These ornaments were also available separately. Kurt Adler produced a set of six Sesame Street ornaments the same year.

Kermit dressed as Santa, with a big bag of gifts. Robin peeps out of Kermit's bag. Miss Piggy's Waltz: Miss Piggy, dressed in a red hat and gown, dances on ice skates. She's carrying Foo-Foo.

Christmas Ball

The Christmas ball has Kermit, Piggy, Fozzie, Gonzo, Animal and Rowlf are pictured around the ball celebrating Christmas. "Merry Christmas, Everyone"

Kermit the Frog Nutcracker (1993)

This beautiful nutcracker was made by Kurt Adler who specializes in Christmas decorations. The nutcracker is approximately 14 inches in height including the base and sled.

Kermit's very well made and sure to be a fine centerpiece to your Muppet Christmas collection. Kermit's sled has "The Amphibian Flyer" written across the top. This collectible is hard-to-find, but a treasure for all of those who have one.

The Muppets The Gift of the Magi Storybook Set and Advent Calendar (1996)

Published 1996 by Workman Publishing. Story retold by Mary Packard. Illustrations by John O'Brien. Based on "The Gift of the Magi" by O. Henry. Hardcover.

This is a storybook, an advent calendar, and Christmas ornament set all in one. A little set of 24 storybooks fit into this fold-out advent calendar. Reading the books in sequence, one per day, tells the story of "The Gift of the Magi" with Kermit and Miss Piggy playing the main parts. Other parts are played by Fozzie, Gonzo, Rowlf and Camilla.  Each storybook also has a string and can be hung on the Christmas tree as Christmas approaches.

3. "Nutcracker" - Kermit wears a red nutcracker outfit, standing atop a drum.

Animal On Drums Ornament

Animal sits on a big bass drum, which is wrapped with a red bow. Animal is wearing a Santa hat and gesticulates wildly  with drum sticks.

Gonzo Wreath Ornament

Gonzo stands in a wreath, tangled in a string of Christmas lights.

Fozzie Juggling Performing Ornament

Fozzie stands on ice skates, wearing a Santa hat and green scarf, juggling three Christmas ball ornaments above his head.

Kermit in Chimney Ornament

Kermit, wearing a Santa hat, sits perched on a chimney, holding a stack of presents. A rat helper balances on top with a couple more presents.

Kiss Me Kermit and Miss Piggy Ornament

Miss Piggy and Kermit are pictured inside a blue heart. Piggy is dressed in a Santa outfit, and holds a sprig of mistletoe above Kermit, who is holding a present. A legend underneath them reads: "Kiss me, it's Christmas."

Miss Piggy with Gift Ornament

Piggy is dressed in a Santa suit, perched on a stack of presents. All of the presents are labeled "Miss Piggy."
