Episode 1709 - Big Bird and the Camp Go for a Hike
HBO Max Premiere: Wednesday May 27, 2020
Big Bird goes for a hike! Before the hike, Aunt May makes sure the campers have everything they need; like food, water, tents, and knapsacks. They hike on the Arrow Trail, where the campers follow arrows all throughout the woods towards the Echo Rock. Meanwhile in Sesame Street, Luis reads a letter from Big Bird to Telly. In the letter, Big Bird explains the hike he's off to with his new friend Rusty. This saddens Telly, but Luis brightens him up by telling him that just because Big Bird made a new friend, it doesn't mean that their friendship ends. After their hike, Mickey and Big Bird sit around a campfire teaching the benefits of the fire; like light, cooking, singing, and warmth. And to end their day, all the campers gather around this campfire to sing the camp's song, the Echo Rock!
