Hi HamHock!

From the pics it looks like the Sesame St figures would have been every bit as good as the regular Muppet characters, it's absolutely heartbreaking that they never saw the light of day. But if you're really desperate, you can get Ernie on eBay for a mere $5,000! :stick_out_tongue:

Free shipping though, so that's something.

Seriously though, if you get a chance to get a Super Grover, snap him up. He's just stunning, and my favourite of all the Palisades Muppets :super:

Thanks for replying, Hartley.

Ive seen Ernie before. I believe Ken Lilly himself is selling him and some others. But seeing as I can barely afford a released figure, and I am 11 and only get 5 green stuff a week I have to pass for now. I know the reason its so expensive is because Ken needs the money for his son, Bennet ( I think he has a type of epilepsy )

Does any one know any more about the figs ?

Thanks for visiting,

HamHock :flirt::flirt::flirt:

If anyone ends up buying from that Hong Kong seller, just make sure you're getting the real deal.

BTW: I happen to have Super Grover, and the almost-final perfect painted and articulated versions of the Two-Headed Monster, Guy Smiley, Oscar The Grouch, and Ernie.
Maybe I'll go after either the Count prototype or the diarama playset facade next.
And yeah, I know... I need to take pics of my collection once it's all set up.

Yep. Was able to get them from another fellow forum member who was having some financial problems and had to unfortunately sell them. That was about four years or so ago.

I'd go for The Count next, Count. After all, he is your namesake.

I'd go for Guy myself, but being a high school senior, and with other priorities, I simply don't have the cash. :boo:
