The other thing that misses the mark. The notion that racism crept over the border into Canada is absurd. Does racism exist? Absolutely. Is it something exclusive to Murka? Not by a long shot.
For those that missed it the first, second, and twentieth time, here it is again.
Racism is stemmed from fear and ignorance. It’s not isolated to any one country. Anywhere there’s people, racism can exist. It’s a human weakness, not necessarily an American one.
There’s racism between Jews and Palestinians. There’s racism between Greeks and Turks. I worked for five years with a mostly Hispanic workforce, and even there there was resentment and hostile feelings between Puerto Rican’s and Mexicans, Dominicans and Colombians, Cubans and Ecuadorians,
