Rechov Sumsum Theme Song Goof

If you listen closely to the classic Rechov Sumsum theme song, specifically right before the song starts, you can hear someone signaling the band to start playing ("one, two, three"). I checked the theme song in multiple episodes to make sure, and it was there every time. It's kinda baffling to me how a mistake like that went unnoticed throughout the entire series run.
