1) Kermit explains that Suzanne will use her body to do something. First, he points out each of Suzanne's parts, before reaching her head. When asked what she'll do, she replies by drinking a glass of milk to the sound of loud applause.

2) A pink see-through curtain in the back, and a metal bar near the front.

3) I'd guess somewhere around 1979, or 1980.

4) It's not bad.

5) Kermit's the only Muppet.

6) The only music involved was the News Flash Theme at the beginning.
