And this relates to the pre-Sesame Park era.

I realized that episodes sponsored by the letter Z had to have the American cast pronounce the letter as "zed" and not "zee" when announcing the sponsors or in street scenes.

But while there were U.S. produced inserts for the letters A through Y, were there any U.S. produced segments for Z, but redubbed to have the voice actor say "zed"? Or were all of the letter Z segments strictly Canadian produced? One thing for sure, I do not recall seeing "The Zizzy Zoomers" on the Canadian broadcasts.

I know there were at least three Canadian-produced Z segments, I definitely know two of them. One involved all 26 letters getting off a school bus, and the Z lags behind. Another is the crayon animation segments (which was later carried over to the U.S. version but with a different voiceover). I believe there was another Canadian Z segment which showcased Z words such as zucchini and zebra.
