What is Kermits collar made of, is it felt or another material. If any one has a close up picture of kermits collar or any close ups of kermit can you please email them to me.

my guess would be the SAME material as the one on the NEW Master Replicas Kermit the Frog photo puppet. But im NOT 100% sure tho as SOME peopl ehere on the MC boards says it may not be! :confused: :zany:

There is no way the MR replica collar is the same material as the original. The felt on the MR copy is that cheap Michaels Craft store felt. The color is wrong too. You could tug on it and it would pull apart. I am going to replace his collar for sure with something more accurate. The cut is wrong on the replica as well. Some places will send you free swatch samples in the mail. I am now searching. You can see in every photo of Kermit, from puppet...to photo puppet...from the 70's to 2006...his collar has changed very slightly. But it always has a wieght to it. It's thin, but stiff.
