In some MTV special about the Osbournes (I can never keep track of the show since I have reservations aobut watching MTV) Sharon Osbourne discussed when the entire family went to the palace for a reception. The thing was, Kermit the Frog payed a visit as well. As sharon told the story, Kermit tried to perch himself on Ozzy's shoulder and Ozzy began to nudge the performer in the ribs to get him to go away.

Y'know it's kind of sad. Ehile at the same time Kermit and Co. are getting the recognition as stars they so richly deserve, there are still people like that wrinkly-tattoed crumudgeon Ozzy Osbourne who still want to shrug them off as kiddie faire. I realized the other day is the reason the muppet interviews get so dirty is becuase in today's society the Muppets are forced to respond to every talk show host and star-calibur sissy's attempts to make a beloved childhood character, well, see green. It's a crying shame.

Keep in mind that Ozzy Osbourne sang a duet with Miss Piggy on "Kermit Unpigged."

I was a bit disappointed to see Kermit on The Late Show last night, responding to questions with answers like "Porn is fine." and that he was afraid he made the seat wet while discussing Kylie Minogue. I'm hoping however that he was referring to pee.

Guys,

That isnt true, Kermit was never perched on Ozzy's shoulder at anytime in the show.

Kermit did lean over (Not touching) next to Ozzy when the Queen was talking to them, But i doubt Ozzy would start elbowing him in the ribs while the Queen of England is standing infront of him.

And then later on after the show Ozzy had a Press Picture taken with Kermit !
And it was a fun pose, Nothing horrible !

So i think Sharon just needed something to talk about and make Ozzy look more of a nutcase that he already is.

And as someone said before he recorded 'She Drives Me Crazy' with Frank Oz and then met the Muppets after. So why would he be horrible now ?

See ya

Sheesh!!! (to coin a phrase)

I mean, come on! He did sing with Miss Piggy and all. Of course, that was before his head got soooooo big and he bacame a famous annoying personality. Kiddy Fair my butt! Who was the dude they plastered all over Lunchboxes, school Supplies, and toys found at KB? Not Kermit, that's for sure!

Guys,

Id just like to meet Ozzy Osbourne now, He has made me very mad.

I REALLY DO NOT think he did it, Ofcrouse by saying he did he feels that he is making himself look bigger.

And would he go and a show and then when asked about it so "Oh no Sharon was lieing" or "She just exagerated what i said!".

There's only one way to settle this.

The Osbournes have to arm wrestle people from the Muppets. I think Bill can take 'em all!
