Hi folks,
So at the start of the Month of March my family and I moved into a place we all love. When we heard we where getting our new place I set in my mind a few goals to help improve my health ( both physically & meantly) So last week I started taking small walks.
Today, I have added a second daily walk and after both walks doing 5 situps and 5 pushups.
I'm taking it nice and slow but my goal is to eventually lose some weight and have my diabetes very much under control.
I already have my two pre teens joining me would anyone in here like to start building a better you. If so let me know and we can root for each other, and give progress reports.
