I wouldn't even be able to begin to describe it. All I can say is poorly drawn version of the MFS poster with 2 Kermits (one is mirrored), and the illegitimate child of Pepe the King Prawn and Animal where Pepe should be.
Plus an extremely weird coloring tint...

so basically someone let Van Neuter play with the Muppetgenics recombinator (Spidey reference) to come up with Animepe the King Prawn. And then he used the twinning procedure from Farscape to create Kermit and his abblation. Just another full day/night at his MMN Deep 13 lab complex.
