Hey all,

Here's the deal: as part of my ongoing attempt to make the show look as crazily detailed as possible, I'm dressing up the desk area for each puppet uniquely. And since the desks are office desks, it only makes sense that there would be photos of families and friends in various places. And rather than me make dozens of puppets that would only ever be shown in the background, one time, I thought it could be cool if anyone interested wanted to shoot me some photos of your own puppets, which I would use as the unknown friends and family members of my puppets.

Anyone want to contribute? There'll be recognition on the site (and probably in the first episode's closing credits), but absolutely no monetary compensation of any kind! You can't go wrong!

If anyone's interested, e-mail me the photos to brian@dotboom.ca (if the photos are small-to-medium size; if they're extremely large, send me a link).

Thanks!

I was asked what the photo should be like: I'm pretty easy, but the idea is that they'd be photos of friends/family of the puppets, taken in candid moments. So have the puppets wave, smile, try to block the photographer from getting a good shot; anything that a real person would do when photographed.

Those would also work.

Also, depending on the photo, I might drop in one of the dotBoom characters, to make it look like they were really together. For verisimilitude.

I don't know if you'd like but one of the characters on puppet television - Toodloo says he has a job but he doesn't have a job he just leaves every day and does whatever it is he does - If you want it could be a neat little simple cross-over type thing but in photo picture format

I could put a photo of him with "don't accept resumes from this man" below it at the receptionist's desk.

Maybe put some movie posters of some of the characters favorite movies.
