Hey all,
In my continuing attempts to make Hoggworks into a real studio, I am coming up against a need of a business plan. Now, I have lots of thoughts on the setup of the business, with the focus of getting advertising/tv/film clients, and producing our own shows in house, for distribution online and in more traditional channels. I can speak to that fairly well, I think. What I can't speak to as confidently, what I'm having problems with, is getting a financial forecast.
If I were starting a formal web design business, I could toss out numbers, give a low-end, middle-of-the-road, and high-end estimate on what I could expect to bring in, and all the rest. But I don't know how that would work in puppetry. Does anyone have any insight on that to share? Am I making a mountain out of a mole hill?
Any advice would be very much appreciated.
Thanks,
Brian
