I know this comes up a lot here, especially with newer members so I thought I would share some nice drawing for eye mechs (for anyone new "mech" = mechanical puppet control for eyes or whatever). These are by Shawn Sorrell who runs Puppetsandstuff.com:

I have a Couple Characters who has the same Blinking eye routine where do I get the Mechanism for them?

You can't really buy the mechs off the shelf. For most puppets they are custom made (a few animatronics shops sell kits but they cost in to the thousands of dollars).

A good book to buy to learn how to make mechs is Figure Making Can Be Fun. You can also look at the popular diagrams that are here and here.
