antron covered nose?

I have a Nice puppet that i got from Rgentry that has a antron covered nose. Like Elmo's

how do i make a good antron covered nose with no seams

do i use a wedge pattern or what?

Because the back of the nose will be against the puppet, you can cut a small square of antron and put a dot of hot glue in the middle. Then put the nose on it. Then bundle the rest of the antron around it and cut some slits. Then glue the rest. If you rub your finger over the cut it will hide it.:smile:

If the size is small enough you can simply use a small ball (or I've seen plastic grapes used) as a form and a circle of antron. Do a gather stitch around the circumference and draw it tight around the form. You'll have a small bunch of fabric where the edges come together that you stitch shut and fasten this part against the puppet's face.
