Can someone please tell me why this was moved to General Discussion? I couldn't even find the thread without searching for it.
Discussion on all other Muppeteer appearances is under Announcements, Muppet Headlines, and Muppet Appearances. General Discussion is for non-Muppet discussion, so I...
Sorry I didn't see your question a WHOLE lot sooner, Muppet fan 123, but the date for Dragon*Con was included in the link I posted above. For future reference, Dragon*Con is *always* Labor Day weekend in Atlanta, GA.
And I have already spoken with the Puppetry Track director regarding next...
Well, my schedule changed for Dragon*Con after I posted this back in March. I worked as a volunteer for the Music Track this year and did giveaways for a few panels on the Animation Track, but did not moderate any of them. And I only got to attend two panels on the Puppetry Track: "Peter Linz...
Peter Linz was asked at Dragon*Con if Walter would be in the sequel and/or if Peter would be working on it.
Peter said he couldn't comment, but he did smile widely as he said it. And more widely than he usually smiles.

Furthermore, I'll be serving as moderator for the voice actors panel that Peter will be on as a panelist!
Just a heads-up that "The Secret Life of Toys" expires on Netflix Instant Watch April 13th.
Sadly, "Mother Goose Stories" expired on 3/15. I just noticed on the 14th and tried to cram in a marathon before it expired. Many expired titles on Netflix end up returning within a few months, so maybe...
Sorry, I don't visit the forums here that often. And I just noticed on 3/14 that the show was expiring -- I only had time to watch 7 eps before 3/15 hit. And when Netflix says that a title expires on a certain date, what they mean is that it expires immediately at midnight the day before.
But...
I'm sure someone has noticed this before, but I did a few various searches on Google and the forum here and didn't see anything. In fact, the Muppet Wiki doesn't include this either, so maybe I am the first to notice that this puppet who appears in "Jim Henson Presents Mother Goose Stories: The...
Emmet Otter gets my vote. Even edited and without Kermit, it's timeless and classic. It's also one of my top favorite Jim Henson productions. I've seen it so many times I've lost count.
I watched "A Christmas Toy" again recently, and while it's still cute, sweet and charming I don't find it as...
Already had plans -- sorry you had to watch it by yourself. A Muppets movie is always more enjoyable when you share the viewing experience with other fans.
You guys have fun. I've been planning a meetup at the same location since September through a local fandom group, although we're not Muppets-specific. But we're attending the first showing on Saturday, 11/26.
Originally, our event was intended as invitation-only since it was related to a...
I'm going to decline adding the meetup I'm hosting to that list. Sorry if that seems rude, but our event was planned as invitation-only for a specific meetup group and if others just show up that we haven't had prior contact with it could lead to an awkward situation. And I certainly don't want...
Thanks for letting me know. Our group had a general consensus that we didn't want to deal with crowds on opening night, plus Saturday AM was a better fit with everyone's schedule.
Also, my nickname is Voiceroy. Sorry to be a nitpicker. It is a pun on "viceroy" though.
What day are you going? The general consensus so far with my group is leaning towards 11/26. And we still haven't nailed down a location, but likely on the northside of ATL.
I'm hosting one in Atlanta through a local fandom meetup group. We still haven't decided on a date/location yet though. Around 6 of us attending so far.
Goes back a lot further than that for me -- that classic sketch of Kermit on the Jack Paar show with him trying to pull the worm and it turns out to be a monster, which in turn, eats him.
"Tomorrow" is Good Friday. Easter is the first Sunday of April.
And I actually think it's intended to be...
