this one used to be on there i think, but may have been removed.
this was also on there a short while ago, but was also removed by the user. don't know why though
Crud! They are starting to delete user accounts on youtube for posting classic SS clips, i presume because of copyright issues. A user called nantoseiken had all his videos deleted, and he had some great bert and ernie clips and animated segments, like the famous "loaf of bread, container of...
The red hot I-beam clip has just been posted
it's just been posted...and nope, it's not as scary as i remember it, but the music is kick a**

The "A - Ape" song just added
A crisp and completed version of Stevie Wonder's "Superstition" was posted the other day (it no longer cuts off half way through).
Also, the classic Ape cartoon was just put up..."the train to spain was late today, an ape pulled the brake (and made a getaway!!)"...
I think i know the one you're talking about....it shows a bunch of different robots, some in assembly, some assembling other robots. it had some funky music to it (i even remember one of the humanoid-like robots lip-synching to the tune).
it dates from sometime in the early/mid 80s i think.
I remember this one too....fuzzygobo's description brought it right back to me. I remember thinking this was a really cool skit back when i saw it eons ago.
The E Song is up
The famous "E song" and cartoon from the first episode has been uploaded. Also, a few other very rare clips and songs have just been added as well...including a Joe Raposo song on peanut butter i never heard or seen before, and the cartoon of Jack and the land of Bs...or...
as for the B&E with Count sketch, it's actually a couple of fragmented clips where i think Bert has toy blocks set up in a certain way he wants and has Ernie watch them for him...to which of course the Count comes along and tries to count each one by hand, thus disrupting the design Bert had...
I'm pretty sure this is new footage...i vaguely recall the originally, and it was only kangaroos i think. The original footage with the kangaroos is still there in this clip (i think, at least it looks it), but some of it's been overlapped with shots of kids at the zoo.
the "bird on me" song...
New videos added
I thought I uploaded everything but came across a small stash I had that I thought I'd share...
Song "When You're A Kangaroo"

Song "I'm an aardvark"

(could've sworm i uploaded this...
1. revert the opening and ending theme songs to the original music, instead of that ADHD version they have now...doesn't have to be the same old footage, but the old music is what made the show.
2. Dump brain dead segments like Journey to Ernie and Baby Bear's Hero guy, which are very...
the yip-yips still show up from time to time (most recently in a song with Telly about friendship), though i'm sure some of the old classic skits they originally appeared in haven't been shown in a while.
the kermit news flashes don't show anymore, the last one being the hurricane episode...
there were some cartoon shorts from the early/mid 70s that featured superman, and a few more that i think had batman as well. my memory of these are very faded though...
Daddy Dear just posted
The classic animation and song "daddy dear" has just been posted to youtube. I've been waiting a looooong time to see that one again. :excited:
edit: Whoops, here's the link... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PWMAYFNIAco&search=sesame%20street
