I was watching NBC. It's all I ever watch for the parade. And of course, I figured I would see a commercial for the Letters For Santa special. So that was a bonus.
Is it just me, or was Kermit's song a bit of a tear-jerker in a happy way? Really, I loved it. It was the sweetest moment of the parade, I think and very pretty.
I think one of the reasons Janice isn't annoying (as far as being a valley girl type) is that she isn't a diva. She's like, the anti-Piggy, which is rather refreshing*. She goes with the flow and while I see her as the type to be into what's hip and cool, I don't think of her as being shallow...
From what I've seen, Scooter has a pretty big, visible role. Also, in the comic I've read, he doesn't have teeth, which was a criticism I heard earlier. I guess the teeth in the poster were just used for expression.
Has anyone heard if the comic will be in color, or will it be in black and white?
I remember watching a clip (or reading something) where Jim Henson himself was talking about how hard it can be for an artist to draw the Muppets. If you don't capture certain elements, such as the way they stand or the way their "skulls" are shaped, the whole picture is thrown off. I think...
I'm glad it's optional. I mean, I love bringing my Pokemon over (I had been using a Meowth I had caught on LeafGreen from level 55 and now it's 87) but I would go stir crazy if I had to play it to move forward.
Hmm...Maybe its because I'm a sequential artist myself and I really support different artist's interpretations but I don't see where some of the negative reactions are coming from. It is different. Yes, there some rather bold stylistic choices, but I really feel like the collection that I read...
Yes, but it's still tedious and takes away from the gameplay. It's fun the first couple of times, but after spending a month trying to get your Pokemon over, it just gets old.

These drawings are old. If I weren't so busy with final projects and graduation, I'd draw something now.
Is that the feature where you can send Pokemon over from other games? I guess it's convenient, but I wish I didn't have to spend so much time re-catching Pokemon I've caught previously.
