When Rick's Kermit was just talking in a normal voice, it sounded pretty good. But for some reason, whenever he started shouting, it sounded very nasally and the words began to slur a bit.

And on that note, it seems it's to give up hope that Steve will return to the Muppets. Let's try to stay positive, and encourage Matt as he takes over Kermit.

That is unfortunate that he specifically offered to do the characters without giving any more creative input or pushback, and Disney refused.

That's really a shame. While I'm glad there was no "big scandal" that led to his departure, it is really sad to see him go while he's fighting for the Muppets we know and love. As always, I wish the best to Matt as we slowly approach Monday.

I will say that it is very encouraging that Steve is still dedicated to the Muppets, and is willing to continue working with them if Disney and him can see eye to eye on these issues.

I don't think there would be any other reason they would attach that picture, which matches the exact criteria of the description of the film.

This is going to be very special, seeing new footage of Jerry almost 5 years after his death. It's also awesome to see Frank Oz be talking openly about the muppets again, as there was a long period of time when he wouldn't speak of that time of his life.
