i know it's still warm outside but i actually went back to work :excited: it was a madhouse because we're the only casino open.we also weren't allowed to talk to the media but it was nice to be back at work. meal time burger after work. too busy at work for a break or snack.

convoy the song is a stple when evacauating. used it every time. love it.keeps your mind on other things and it's hard to have convoy of sorts expecailly with my father.

greta day in my house. first the plumber finally showed up so i can flush my toilet and take a hot shower :) .thank goodness for plumber.secondly i found a grocery store i didn't have to wait in line for. i made huge pot of chili and it's the best thing i have ever made and tasted. :excited...

mre are meals ready to eat. every day i have to go see the natl guard who gives us ice, water and mres. they're what the armed forces eat when they are in the field. they're not bad a t first but now they are. a few grocery stores have opened up by the line wraps around them and you have to wait...

i used to hang out ina piano bar and only the good die young was my song.i did have a party for my confirmation. and of course the white dress. :halo:

i fell the sympathy with the mcdonald's thing. i worked at jimmy buffett's margaritaville for two years which felt like 40 years.working in the french quater was good and i made about $350-500 a night but we would blow it all at the bar across the street.i was also exposed to a lot of things...

still hot. stayed inside today. no sight of rita yet but our curfew just got lifted so i can leave the house at night. :) i can't currently listen to kidd but when the radio stations get back up i can't wait.

i evacuated to tyler for katrina.i tried to make it to dallas to see kidd kraddick but never made it. enjoy your bro's company. weather nice here today.warm but nice. lunch & dinner: yummy mres and water can't wait for the city to be up & running again or at least grocery stores.
