Im still puzzled what people mean by a "lot of cool US merchandise". Plushes aside, uh I don't consider bandaids, snuggies, rubber bands, nor crappy screenprint recycleable bags noteworthy.
Oh I very much like hearing this. I was hoping the European release would create a bonanza for Muppet promos and merchandise. Wait, there's an actual new Muppet magazine?
Oh god, just as bad. A corrupt ultra violent narco state with major western banks laundering billions in cartel money while corporations profit off of terrible sweat shop conditions. This whole world is fubared.
I agree! Though for people who have lost patience in all the red tape, who are poor, or just don't see the point anymore of physical media...*rhymes with rorrentz* lulz.
I say down with all this chinese sweatshop made plastic, art for art sake.
Oh I get that, even with films where the dvd contains all the bonus stuff as the blu ray, the blu ray version does and should have those bd excl. interactive features.
But not putting on interviews, deleted scenes, making of featurettes, etc...which has been a tradition for muppet films?
LOL, Peter Linz is one of the most exciting assets going. His Walter character is a watershed moment...people had their doubts about Walter a year ago, but my goodness that little guy in the film and in youtube interviews is just very much amazing.
Also my title is "could have been...
Blu ray freaks are like people i know complaining that cds are dying. ALL physical media is going bye bye. It should have happened sooner actually. Hey I miss the 80's and 90's too. But it's twenty twelve. Everything is changing and evolving. I've lamented and opined at length about how I miss...
So pretty much, noone seems to get that Disney actually had to go out of their way to NOT put any special features on the dvd. I know dvd specs, all those special features on the blu ray version would have fit snugly on the specs of the dvd.
None of the people telling us to shut it seem to get...
Yep. Hence why these companies will never get my money for the foreseeable future.
Physical media is dying and wont be worth anything, and definitely not the 30 bucks they charge.
Yep. Again, can someone explain how it would cost Disney extra money to have put all the blu ray features on the dvd? Or is this just them being jerks?
One would think! Ive just never had luck in that dept.
Well...for over a decade Ive been going to all manner of cons(and concerts/events/etc), usually well dressed in inventive outfits, always very warm fun and friendly. Sometimes I have a table selling my art, other times promoting in other...
Blu rays are incredible, but they are for fans of blu ray/hdtv. There was an ocean of difference between the move from vhs to dvd, but not as big a notice to me on a lot of films from dvd to blu ray. I think the discussion is just revolving around how Disney went OUT of their way to thumb their...
Heh, yeah compromise is good...but balance is good too. I mean if I have to wait another 34 years, I'd rather wait than be with a girl who didnt share delight and support in a lot of the things I love.
Man, I'd be beyond thrilled to meet a girl who liked cosplaying! Or a nerd girl in general. Ive been going to a lot of anime/comic/etc conventions for over a decade and never had much luck meeting girls.
