Capt. Spaulding: How much would you charge to run into an open manhole?
Ravelli: Just the cover charge.
Capt. Spaulding: Well, drop in sometime.
Ravelli: Sewer.
Capt. Spaulding: Well, we cleaned that up pretty well.
Can't really do better. ;)
Yeah that was surprising, lol. I mean, I do...
Ooo, I'll have to check that out. This past Wednesday was about the nerds and underdog comics. Then there's other chapter on January 21st and 28th. The 28th is about the wise guys of comedy and the summary includes Groucho Marx which is great, though it does annoy me when people just talk about...
I watched it, it was fun! Great analysis of classic comedians like Phyllis Diller, Robin Williams, Steve Martin and Andy Kaufman. They're going to be showing the next chapters over the next few weeks, on Wednesdays.
The PBS website has a poll on who your favorite classic comedian is (the Marx...
I know! It's funny too, just a few days before I found out about it I was thinking, "Man, I'd still love to know more about him." Lol

That's great that your library has the first three sets; I wish mine did!
I did get the box set for Christmas, and so decided to donate my own season sets to my old Preschool. I wasn't entirely sure they would take them, so I wrote an impassioned email about why Fraggle Rock is still relevant...
Oh yeah but they don't really use the classic stuff, they try to remake it. To the point where it's not recognizable.
Like John Waters said, "Remake the bad movies, not the good ones." ;)
Yeah I mean it's rather tragic that we've only recently realized the importance of preservation and all. Still, at least we are more aware of it now. :)
And I love your signature btw, Dr Tooth! :D
Yeah I mostly do that too. It certainly fits in with GMC. But then MTM comes along and confuses everyone! Lol, it's still my favorite though. :insatiable:
