No mention of puppeteers. I think these are just family screenings of the films for the holiday time.

Who Should Appear on "Inside the Actors Studio"?

I think Dave Goelz should certainly be on as well. Anyone who has worked with Jim for 20 years or more should be there in my opinion as I think they would have the best detailed information, great stories, etc.

If you support Disney owning the Muppets...

I saw Space Jam in the movies with my sister and the only thing I DID enjoy about it was there was a couple of "in" jokes if you're a huge Looney Tunes fan you appreciated, like Schlesinger something was the name of a building named after of course Leon Schlesinger at WB, and I thought the...

If you support Disney owning the Muppets...

I agree with ya, Dr. Tooth. Warners has definitely done their fans wrong as well. Great they're putting out the Looney Tunes Golden Collections and all that but what have gotten in recent years as far as great new Looney Tunes projects? Two horrible Scooby-Doo live action films with a CGI...

If you support Disney owning the Muppets...

Exactly. To post a thread in a public forum and say "Post here only if you agree with it" is ridiculous. You have tons of different people on here with tons of different opinions. What's the point of having a public forum then if you can't voice your opinion? If you want people who are only...

Your explanation is logical. Well if you're wrong, I'm sure "Philip Phil" will point it out;)

If you support Disney owning the Muppets...

Nickelodeon sucks too, just like Disney Channel. My mom doesn't even watch Nick at Nite anymore, and TVLand is getting just as lousy. I GET IT the Muppets have been more in the public eye then Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck but MY point is, what's the difference if Disney isn't going to use the...

If you support Disney owning the Muppets...

Do you WORK for Disney sir? How much do you PERSONALLY know about Disney's financial situation? I'm sure it's no more than I do, so stop telling me that *I'M* jumping to conclusions when a) you jumped to assume I didn't know what *I* was talking about regarding licenses and b) stop reiterating...

If you support Disney owning the Muppets...

Absolutely. They have a TOON Disney Channel with Ducktales and that kinda stuff on it. Make like a Disney "Classic" channel with the movies, shorts, etc. for adults and leave the Disney Channel now with all kids/tween stuff on it

If you support Disney owning the Muppets...

I'm NOT missing your point. I understand what you're saying but why would you want to see little snippets of Muppets here and there on flash in the pan reality shows, or dopey commercials? It only waters down the characters more, and takes away from what made the Muppets great to begin with...

If you support Disney owning the Muppets...

Yeah but on dopey reality shows that don't show off the characters nor the performers' capabilities. America's Got Talent? that house show where they pull the truck away and everyone cries? I'd rather see the Muppets having their OWN show instead of little guest spots on crappy shows.

If you support Disney owning the Muppets...

I disagree. I think if the price was right, the license holders would cave. I work in the entertainment business for a film photo archive where we license photos for use in publications on DVD packaging, etc. My sister works for a music publishing/licensing company in NYC, so I know all about...
