I think it's unfortunate that Inside Out hasn't been promoted as much as it could be, because it looks like it'll be really funny from what promotions I've seen...
Hey, this is probably the best rebuttal I've seen RE: the "people hate it because it's popular" argument (and, to be fair, it is made clear that this applies to all films, not just Frozen (hey, I'd even say it applies to all media in general)...
I haven't seen Big Hero 6 yet, but I've been meaning to. I hear good things about it.
Also, does anyone think it's bad, from a business standpoint, to continue to put so much promotion into a film that's almost two years old? I mean, I barely heard about Big Hero 6 when it came out (I hadn't...
I don't think everything about Frozen is terrible at all. The animation was gorgeous, and the atmosphere was nice (even the songs, which I didn't really care for, I just found bland and forgettable, but not bad). Just....the writing was not that great. That's the thing (in terms of plot and...
Replying to myself (because I can) because a though occurred to me: would anyone concede that it's pretty pretentious to act like one's opinion on a film is automatically worth more any opposing opinion just because the former is the more popular opinion? Just wondering. I'm not saying this to...
Something I've realized about a lot of fandoms people hate on (even those I have hated on here) is that all of the traits people hate about them exist in every fandom, to some degree. So, maybe it's kind of a mistake to single out a few fandoms for having these faults.
I agree. I like villains like Frollo, or Ursula, or....whomever because I think they're interesting characters, or have cool powers (or both). I don't think of any of them as sympathetic (heck, the only Disney villain (just using them as an example) with a "Word of God" Freudian excuse is Prince...
For me, I've been on here pretty sporadically, for various reasons (looking for full-time work, being at my regular job, working on videos/ideas for blog posts, a circus protest last Saturday, etc.).
Let's see, this will be a bit hard, but:

:o: I don't know how to thank you guys!
:): I don't know why to thank you guys....
:sing:: Our pleasure, green stuff!
GMC:
:oops:: What color are their hands now?
MTM:
:shifty:: Okay, what'll you have?
:sing:: The number for the board of health...
I think a lot of Hannah-Barbera duos use the basic template of the bumbling hero and his diminutive voice-of-reason sidekick. So, short answer, yes.
I believe it's "Schmidt."
Hans from Frozen and Meg from Family Guy.... beat that. :p
According to one of the writers of Frozen, though, Hans' family never loved him, so..maybe this one could be an odd "birds of a feather" crack pairing...
The issue as I see it (being a secular pantheist, which means in terms of any sort of personal, supreme, anthropomorphic gods, I would be considered an atheist) is that it's well and good for people to practice their religions personally (something I have zero problem with; it's a free country...
The Mysterious Mr. Enter (on Family Guy addressing serious topics): "If you're living in a world of 'zany wackiness,' then as the saying goes, why so serious?"
Come to think of it, that reminds me of someone...:attitude:
A- Single, may deem available someday, but working on myself at the moment.

I-Funny Internet videos!
J-February, since it...
I would....not totally agree with that. While Hillenberg left Spongebob a while ago (he helped on the new movie, and will be back for the upcoming season), and I can't really speak to how deeply Groening is involved in The Simpsons (I assume not much), MacFarlane is still involved with Family...
