Just an update for those who are interested...DuckTales is currently slotted for eight issues, running through UNCLE SCROOGE #392-399, with something very special planned for the milestone issue #400!
Oh, and you may have ALSO heard that Darkwing Duck is now officially an ongoing. The first...
Glad you guys liked it! For all the stresses of putting out a comic book, this one was a heckuva lot of fun to be a part of. Kudos to Paul, Patrick, Dave, David, James, and Amy for making this one such a blast!
I think you'll enjoy the trade as well, which will be on the high quality glossy...
Why does everyone assume Skeeter's name isn't mentioned for legal reasons? Just sayin'.
:D
The "Clash Of The Titans" nod was indeed worked in to give the story a certain ambiguity...but in the end it wasn't necessary, as the great team at the Muppets Studio is really behind the story, and...

"Easter eggs" are part of fan service!

We're really happy with the final product; Paul and Patrick wrote some great stuff, and the art really sells each gag. James knocked it out of the park on his first swing.
Hope you guys all grab a copy this Wednesday! (And yes, the accelerated release date is to get the book back on schedule!)...
I think anytime a licensor and licensee work together, their early collaborations will have some rough spots, as neither really understands everything the other wants, and it takes some time for all the pieces to come together. We're moving into our second year with Disney, and I think most of...
