Okay, so I'm trying to add videos to a new playlist I made, and for some reason, after I've added them and go to the page (or refresh if it didn't parse)...they're not even there. They are shown on the main index of playlists, though.
Out of the main Muppet characters you mentioned, I'm surprised Grover isn't there. Has he ever had an official residence on the show? I don't remember if he's had one or not, but I don't think Grover would ever be considered homeless.
I was looking at my YouTube playlist of videos featuring Baby Gonzo again, and couldn't stop laughing when I saw the username "Woofy McMann".
(I'm not namedropping whoever that is. It's just a funny name.) :)
I can imagine that as a possible episode plot: "Mando's First Job at Daycare", where Mando starts working at the new daycare under Gina's supervision.
Speaking of Gina, is she still on the show? I haven't paid a lot of attention to the current human cast since I hardly watch the show anymore...
Yep! And I'm glad I grew up with that era, because it was before the big change in direction occurred in 2004 with the new logo and theme. I like how the background colors on all the bumpers were different depending on each time of the day. I particularly liked the black color scheme that showed...
Yeah. I actually kind of feel we should leave it to the moderators for what to do with this thread. Keep this thread, or merge it with the old thread (if it's possible)?
So...my childhood pretty much narrows down to eight things: Sesame Street, The Muppets, game shows, Pixar, Nintendo...
Rest in peace, Mr. Freberg.
I may be missing somebody, but now only two cast members of It's a Mad Mad Mad Mad World are left: Jerry Lewis and Carl Reiner.
A few months ago, I was trying to find a good picture of Baby Gonzo to use as desktop wallpaper. I found a picture of him in a production cel from an old auction online, and I think it looks pretty cool.
Did anyone pay attention to the movie posters in the theater? I only caught two of them, but they were clearly spoofs of Godzilla and Alfred Hitchcock's The Birds.
Those photos look nice! Looking forward to the rest of the new set soon! Although...the editor must've forgotten to proofread the article. Cookie Monster is clearly in Hooper's Store in one photo and the article has him as Grover. :insatiable:
You know, on the same boat, I'd like to see them...
I don't have high hopes for this project. I'm shaking my head at the fact that it's live-action.
I'm curious what the live-action part means, though. It looks like Christopher Robin will be human, but will they have the animals be CGI, or will they be Creature Shop puppets? Seems like they'll...
I had a Toy Story-like dream this morning where I was in an underground parking garage, and there were a bunch of Sesame Street characters (like Elmo, Big Bird, Grover, Oscar, et. al) standing in different spots in the garage. Anytime cars were driving through, they were still, but when it was...
