That's possible, but technically anyone can edit that site.
There is still debate over one of the lyrics of the song "Dixie Wailin'", which suggests that the scripts for the original series are not available to the public, otherwise we would know these things for sure. The lyric in question was...
I used to think her name was Marly too, based on the way Uncle Gobo said her name. Over time I thought maybe he was saying Molly instead. It's really hard to tell for sure.
In the episode "Born to Wander" (S3E15), the Storyteller tells the Fraggle Five about how Uncle Matt discovered the Gorg's Garden. In the flashback, we see young Matt, young Storyteller, Uncle Gobo, and a young female Fraggle named Molly.
Ever since I was a kid in the early 90s, I assumed Molly...
It was kind of a weird episode, especially when it took that turn. The genie's song, and all the fraggles lined up under his spell, was not a turn I had expected it to take. And when I think about it, it's not the first episode to have the same basic message, but it was definitely the hardest...
Yeah, all the doozers are weirdly nasally-sounding. That's one reason I don't care for doozer episodes. They're both boring and annoying.
That would be cool to write about a curse on the gorgs. I had thought about doing a rewrite of that episode in which they grow polyps, but I've never gotten...
- "Wembley and the Mean Genie" is an absolutely terrible episode. Maybe the worst one on the whole show.
- I can't believe they missed the opportunity to slip in a Kermit reference in "Space Frog Follies".
- Half of the episodes in season 4 are awful and feel like they were slapped together at...
- Why the **** is Mokey so much taller than all the other Fraggles? And why is she the only one with live hands?
- Cantus is annoying. Why can't he just make sense?
- The Gorgs turning invisible when they don't wear their radish cream makes NO SENSE and I want to throw something.
- Cotterpin has...
It's not about "cringey" moments, if that's what you're thinking. It's about moments that are hard to watch because they are either scary, sad, or physically painful (as in when you empathize with a character's injuries).
So we should just let Miss Piggy continue to domestically assault Kermit just for the lulz? Is that what you're saying? You know, when I see people like you use the word "woke," I instantly lose all respect for you. Not only is such language incredibly childish, it just demonstrates that the...
I used to dream about that a lot as an eighties/early nineties kid. There was a bush in my yard that had an opening in the side, and if you looked into it, it looked like there was a forked path, one on the left side of the bush's trunk, and one on the right. I used to imagine that one path led...
Could be, but I think in this particular case, it was more for dramatic effect than comedic. In a sense, I can't help but feel it was their way of telling us kids to listen up and listen tight to the morals of the show.
What always struck me about that episode was the repetition of "Listen up and listen tight!" I get why it was said, but not why everyone, even Junior, had to repeat it.
