Since all of the celebrities are around, and still popular, I would doubt that any of them would not let their episode be released, with TMS, the estates are pretty hard to compromise with at all.
The MuppeTelevision stuff does not have many recognizable celebrities or muppets, so the most I could see it getting is some of them being special features on muppet DVDs, even then it seems pretty unlikely to get a release.
I really wish Disney would just release MT on DVD, it would reach new fans, because of the current guest stars, Martin Short, Sandra Bullock, and there are less songs to clear, and there are only 22 episodes, so it would be easy to release, and people would buy.
The show is probably not going to last, but I hope it is good, ABC is doing bad in the comedy area this year, I mean they cancelled two comedies already, and one is going to be cancelled. Black ish is the bright spot this season, it is doing great.
I did not say the Star Wars episode was bad, I said it was over rated, and there are much better episode, also how is the Paul Williams episode that great, I mean it is good, but I never liked it that much, and it is not that well known.
Basically all the comments for that episode on Youtube say the exact same thing, in my opinion while the episode was great, it is way too over rated, and it seems like it is the only episode people talk about.
Is it that big of a deal if a few songs are not intact, I mean as long as the sketches, backstage stuff, and the guest star moments are in the episode, then it is not that big of a deal, unless there are way too many songs they are not allowed to use, then they should just release the episodes...
That would be pretty amusing, I mean no offense, but while I love season 4 and 5 of TMS, I feel that there was a slight quality dip, nothing too big, but if I were to choose I would watch season 2 and 3 over those two, season 1 is a different matter, but let me just say that I love every season...
If no one wants to say why there is a delay, then it may be a private matter, we may have no control over it, maybe even Disney has no control over it, the thing that I hate is Disney will not let the public be aware of the reasons.
