This is on prime time, not really for kids, personally I would love a TV-14 muppet show airing at 10pm, but most likely it will be a TV-PG show airing at 8:00pm-9:00pm, so all audiences can watch the show.

Universal is suing Disney for using that mirror scene without permission. since the joke was owned by Universal from the Marx Brothers movie, Duck Soup. The two parties will be n court on June 4, 2015.

So that show, One Big Happy, ya critically hated, and its basically a rip off of Three's Company, so if the trend of ripping off big shows continues, I guess we will be seeing more of these ones.
300 million domestically, the only movies to make 300 mllion or above domestically were Shrek 2 ($441 million) and Shrek the Third ($322 million), so ya not much.
In the John Cleese episode, when the Koozebanian is drank by another one, Kermit says for the first time a Koozebanian has been drunk on live TV, obvious drinking reference in that sketch.
Every good variety show needs a house band, so that is basically it for their origin story, and in 1977, Janice dumped Zoot for Floyd which is the reason why after that Zoot talked less, and less, it also almost broke up the band for good.
How is overated, most people here say it was really bad, for me it was a relief for the muppets to go back to edgy adult humor, after all their movies aimed at a younger audience before that.
MFS was directed by a guy who probably did not know any muppets besides Kermit, and Miss Piggy before coming, that movie failed, and that joke was bad, but it was still a good movie in my opinion, not great, but fine.
