Sam and Friends Book Read our review of the long-awaited book, "Sam and Friends - The Story of Jim Henson's First Television Show" by Muppet Historian Craig Shemin.
So, The Muppets has adjusted up to a 2.9 in the ratings for the premiere which is really good. It is on par with recent comedy hits that have gotten a second season like Fresh off the Boat, 2.5, Black Ish, 3.3, and The Last Man on Earth, 2.4, though considering that the muppets had no modern...
So finally getting to watch a new muppet show made me really happy, even if it had been a really bad show, I would still want to watch it. Overal, I liked it, great episode.
Pros
Fozzie and Becky was a great plot, and meeting their parents was hilarious.
Sam the Eagle as the censor works...
It is sad that the muppets now has a 59 percent rotten on rotten tomatoes, even lower than MFS, I hope it can at least get one or two more positive reviews so it has a fresh rating on the website scoring.
The majority of the reviews have been negative which is pretty sad, but rotten tomatoes gave it generally positive reviews, so I really want to watch it, and could care less what some critics who never really knew what the muppets were and catogorize them with Barney and Clifford think of the...
There have been so many bad reviews, seriously I have not seen a single review praising it, the best I have seen is that it is flawed but okay, though I obviously do not trust the reviews.
This has seriously gone to far, I got so mad at these uneducated idiots that I even reported the moms article for having illegitimate reasons for trying to take down a show. Don't watch it if you do not like it, do not go spoiling other people's times, seriously. But on the bright side, it has...
So far it has a 67% fresh rating on rotten tomatoes, which is okay, but there are only 6 reviews, 4 fresh, and 2 rotten, I hope it can maintain a fresh rating or do better.
I find it sad that the reveiws so far have been negative. Variety didn't really like it, and Forbes hated it, so it really is not looking very good, luckly it has 2 fresh reviews on Rotten Tomatoes so far, but I really hope it does not going this way in the critic reviews.
There is a really good web series I make on youtube called Puppet Stand Up following puppet comedian Sid Smith as he gives his take on everday topics in a hilarious way. The second season will start on September 25, and it will be better in quality and in comedy. Though here are some episodes...
Great documentary, but obvously more of the same, I liked the interviews, but they brushed by too quickly on the movies, with GMC barely getting a mention, and MTM getting nothing at all. Also many of the puppeteers were not even mentioned, while Dave Goelz was interviewed he was not mentioned...
Are you complaining about this in recent muppet productions, because this commonly happened in TMS, and in the original movies, so I can not really see your point, its her character gimick.
The sad part was that the producers really did not care, I can see how people hate The How I Met Your Mother or Seinfeld finales, but at least they are memorable, bring back characters, and close stuff up, with Three's Company they did not even try or bother to tell the other cast members about...
The way Kermit and Miss Piggy acted in TMS was great, Kermit was mostly annoyed of her, Miss Piggy wanted his affection, occasionaly Kermit was jealous when she flirted with the male guest stars, and Miss Piggy was occasionaly jealous when Kermit flirted with the female guest stars, while Kermit...
I have Antenna TV, and watch it a lot, so I will be watching the show to see if there are muppet apperances or other celebrities from the old days promoting old things.
It's funny how George does not get arrested for killing a man in The English Patient, though he might have lived, he still should have gotten arrested, but The Finale got him a year in jail.
