Update
ABC has changed the listing for the muppets. At 8pm "Pig Out" will not air, instead "Pig's in a Blackout" will. So here is the listing now
Sunday December 27
8pm Pig's in a Blackout -R
8:30pm The Ex-Factor -R
9pm Going, Going, Gonzo -R
9:30pm Single All The Way -R
I feel like that...
That is the same rating. The offical rating hasn't been posted yet, which is why there is an asterick, a 1.06 is the same as a 1.10, both numbers round up to a 1.1 in the ratings, when the offical number is released, it will be in the 1.05-1.14 range, still a 1.1 though. The uptick in viewership...
It looks like ABC is going to be airing a marathon of the new muppet show on Sunday December 27.

Ya, though I would like one, but I'd rather have a TV show then a new movie, the TV show is better than anything the Muppets have done in the last two decades in my opinion.
A new movie is probably not going to happen in a while, unless Disney has a lot of faith in them.
Now that is how you make a muppet show, seriously everything was there, man it felt just like an episode of TMS, this and last week's episode are probably some of the best the muppets have done in years. The Kermit and Miss Piggy chat was nice, the Fozzie Bear plot was pretty funny, they used...
For people saying they're tired of the Scooter mom jokes, you should remember that all he did in the first season of TMS was his whole my uncle owns the theater shtick.
You have to cut them some slack, they really don't have much to work with. They haven't had much of a character besides TMS and the first three films. Even something as recent as MMW made Fozzie overly stupid. Most of the 90's films got the characters all wrong. Seriously, Fozzie never was mean...
Though to be fair, almost every single show on ABC this week has hit a series or a season low, Once Upon a Time, Quantico, The Goldbergs, Modern Family, Blackish, no joke, so I hope everything rebounds next week.
So here's the promo for the winter finale of the muppets.
It looks like it'll be full of holiday cheer, and could Miss Piggy and Kermit get back together again, give your thoughts about this episode, that's finally about a holiday.
Just the fact that they always advertise it makes me think that ABC has no intention of cancelling it, if a show is a flop, like Blood and Oil or something, they more or less stop to advertise it, but The Muppets is still advertised regularly, fi ABC was planning to cancel it, they wouldn't put...
Yes, this is very sad for all of this. But I won't give up hope. First off, Galvant was renewed with a mere 0.9 rating for one of its episodes. Also, The Muppets is Disney, and I doubt unless it goes below a 1.0 it would be cancelled. I really hope this retooling brings some people back. I...
That was a really awesome episode, finally Gonzo got to be Gonzo. And for the first time Gonzo was the old guy from TMS, doing his stunt, being awesome, not the self consicous geek from MFS who didn't want his brains sucked out. There were a lot of great parts, the poker scene, bunsen and...
What I was wondering is why they don't use Crazy Harry or Beauregard on the new muppet show, they've only appeared in the background. Also, Link Hogthrob is nowhere to be found in the new show yet he appeared in the Crumpets commercial. Johnny and Sal unfortunately probably won't be coming back...
Don't know if it matters or not, but of all the sitcoms ABC reran last night The Muppets, Fresh off the Boat, The Middle, The Goldbergs, Last Man Standing, and Dr.Ken The Muppets was the highest rated of the night, it reran Pig Out, just seems pretty cool.
So has anyone seen the awesome promo for next week's episode.
Can't wait for Gonzo to finally do a stunt.
Also, the plot for the fall finale has been released.
