Huh...tres weird...the Fanfic Index made me log in AGAIN...rully not a fan of the new system, guys. :grr:
Anyway -- it's summer, and I know the poor wittle dears have to go back to school in less than a month, so this seemed an appropriate
BUMP!

Thanks guys! I apologize truly for the sloppiness of that last chapter...I didn't take enough time to edit, breaking my own rule, and the result makes me wince...but I'm working on the followup now!
There will be reunions! There will be unusual alliances formed!
:shifty...

Ack...I'm older than Heralde? Wow...ya know, you really do have a sort of "wise woman" vibe to your posts! And YES that's a compliment!
When I was in middle school I would walk after classes over to the FSU campus where my mom was returning for her MS, and I would frequently be...
Er...shoulders are not the area I look first on an attractive guy. Try lower. I'm talking about LEGS, get yer minds outta the gutter! :concern:
Ohmygawdshoes, as the song wonderfully goes. I don't get the whole Imelda Marcos obsession either. Does it fit? Yes. Is it comfy? Yes. Will it...

Watched the whole opening ceremony last night. I'm more a fan of the Winter Games but I try to catch a few things each time around. LOVED the Industrial Rev thing...and Craig in character with Queenie! Too bad she didn't really parachute into the stadium, that would've been too...

How is it you manage to make me roar every time?
Dang...I think I had those dweebs in MY classes...seems they still haven't graduated over 20 years later, and small wonder.
Hilarious! Scarry lit crit! I for one thought Lowly Worm's running commentary through many of Scarry's...

Was flipping channels today while eating lunch. Nothing good on. Saw a bit of some thing (and I use the word loosely) called Good Afternoon America, wherein the hosts said how excited they were about the start of the Olympics, and some new washed up celebrity dance season -- and...
TIMMY! GET AWAY FROM HIM YOU B--H! lolololol
The drum suit as Ripley's power loader/alien smusher was genius. But gawd what a horrible movie otherwise!
Now I have a hankerin' to go home and watch "Attack of the Giant Leeches"...have been singing "Danger to Ourselves & Others" all morning...

Alas, I have not the chance to upgrade anything yet. I'm sure, if it is slower, there'll be a fix within a month, or less.
See earlier comment about tweaking memory allocations. That'd work.

That's actually the only nonanatomically-accepted word I will accept for that particular anatomy part. The others sound ridiculous to me. And there really isn't a friendly-sounding one for the female equivalent.
I have no problem with cursing in context...and can even find excessive cursing...

Ack, I missed another birthday.
Rhonda: Well you're never HERE.
Like you two couldn't do something without me.
Rhonda: I already do, sweetcheeks. I see you joined Twitter.
How did you--? Are you following me?
Rhonda: Don't be ridiculous. Rats don't follow humans. Humans may...

A hah hah hah hah I KNEW it was Bobo! Nicely played -- and even funnier that MARTY thought of the bear, not Kermit! Oh I cannot wait for Seymour to run smack into the Kodiak at the theatre, pardon my pun. Though now that he's seen what he's up against, perhaps the creep will back...

Oooh...so this is for best movies? Not best episodes? Hmmmm.
I think "Ring of Terror" was actually a decent flick, if campy. And the Godzilla, Gamera, and Ultraman stuff is hilarious on its own, and that mirth factor only goes up with commentary.
I'm with Mo on "Yucca." Gawd...
Because we as a culture have become increasingly narcissistic. Everyone assumes their common little lives are of immense interest to everyone else on the planet. ;)

I thought the whole Betty White thing started with her hilarious bit in "Lake Placid" -- did we see a cussing granny archetype much before that? Crotchety, sure, but foulmouthed and obsessed with cute lil killer gator beebies? But although I liked that bit, she's oversaturated...

:news: Er...Kris?
Yes Newsie?
:news: Are the ninjas real? Should I issue a bulletin?
Um...well...there may be real ninjas still, but I very much doubt they'll attack here. I've never known you to shy away from a potential story before; what happened?
:news: Um. Er...
