I found these at a small shop in one of those touristy beach towns in Massachusetts. Basically, they are the same size as the other Gund Sesame Mini-plushes... I found
Super Grover
Amazing Mumford
A green Honker
Snuffy
Sherlock Hemlock
and oddest of all, a pink Yip Yip Martian...
Okay, I FINALLY got my copy of WTNOTS and I have a little question about the Trivia section of the DVD.
Does anyone know who the narrator is? I have a hunch that it's 4Kids entertainment voice over actor Marc Thompson. Marc plays Kid Muscle on Ultimate Muscle, Don Krieg on One Piece, as...
Don't know if this is old news or not... I just picked up an Animation Magazine, and found this story:
It was more of a blurb than a full article, so I am not sure if this will be a line of videos, a line of toys, or a line of books. Pretty much seems to be another spin on the Sesame Babies...
I know this may be a stupid question, but I was digging through old videos (trying to see which ones I can toss, because they're worn) and I found an old video called Aesop's Fables, the Tortouse and the Hair. Narrated by Bill Cosby. Now, I was watching this (I did a long time ago too, and also...
Lo and behold... the best of Dan Ackroyd, John Belushi, and Gilda Radner are FINALLY going to be released after a couple years of forgettable late 90's-2000 newbies (CHris Kattan? ugh)..

(or lack thereof)
Since Bean isn't used as much anymore, I have a theory about his disapperance. I'm guessing that Steve Whitmire doesn't like the character or playing it all that much anymore.
I think I read a bit into this, but... I was watching MFS with the live commentary, and...
I am not sure if this is old news or new. I was flipping through the channels and I found out that there are new episodes of between the Lions on PBS. Apparently, like what's going on with Sesame Street right now, they are only showing a few new episodes at a time, using reruns as filler...
Here's a shocker.... Classic Sesame Street fans may just enjoy the Incredibles DVD.
Note: I said DVD... not video. And if you rent it, make sure you have both disks.
What does the Incredibles have to do with Sesame Street? If you're a fan of skits like "Martian Beauty," "Alligator King...
I just got this e-mail from the dangernostranger Yahoo e-mail group...
So, I looked it up on amazon.com and found the following entries:
Count it Higher
Sing yourself Sillier
Also, a new Elmo's World called Food Water and Excersize
Now, I'm not familiar with "count it...
I've been wondering this lately. Do you think that Gob's voice kinda sounds like a mock Canadian accent? I mean, the way he occasionaly slips the "eh?" into the end of his sentence. Was this a joke that Jerry Nelson played becasue the show was shot in Canada? :smirk:

Personally, I perfer the "closer to Mirage" style of the new show (since they actually use their weopons), but I still enjoy the original. Season 2 will be volume 2, as, apparently, while seasons one and two combined equal 18 episodes...
I've read another post, and someone hinted that the Japanese SS coproduction has started. I wonder if this is true, and if anyone has any information on it at this time.
Secondly, a couple other SS coproductions have been unveild, such as India and Ireland. I know, India is a year off, but...
Don't know if this goes for the entire nation, but I just got back from the Burlington Mall in MA and found a delightful surprise! Not only do they have Tshirts of the Muppets at the Disney strote... but they were 5 bucks each. I'm wearing one right now. I think they had 2 differebt Animal...
Okay... I'm really boardering on the "Was it a dream, or was it reality" existentialism here... but was there ever such a product as a Cookie Monster piano?
An amorphous blob meld of cookie Monster and a Kiddy piano. It had only like 5-10 keys and everytime you hit one, his eyes would...
After the success of season one on DVD (containing 5 episodes), I just got this word of another site:
It may be a wait if it indeed comes to fruition, but there's nothing much said...
It could be 5 episodes on one disk, a 2 part season set like Transformers, or a single set composed of...
THis has been on my back for a while, but I've never been able to post this.
Is Beaker's frantic "meee meee meee" speach inspired by Shemp Howard (of the Three Stooges)? I remember reading that Richard Hunt liked imitating Stooge Routines to entertain his coworkers during breaks (from the Of...
As an animator (of sorts) I agree with what Sally Crucshank (An animator who worked on SS a lot in the 80's) posted a while back in the "Getting to know your SS animators" thread. We need to have the animations commercially available.
Though I am more a fan of the Muppet characters, I still...
Okay... I was wondering if anyone has this CD or has seen it. I cannot find a track listing anywhere, and I'm curious as to which songs are on the CD. I think "rubber Duckie" is a given, since Ernie is on the cover.... but what else is on it?
For Sesame's Born to Add Cd
and another
Ugh.... non fans whining about how "bad" the songs are... well... listen to Elmo singing "La La La LA, La la la la, Elmo's world" for 5 minutes, and you'll be glad you got these CD's!
I just bought the Peter Sellers DVD, and I watched the "Frogfather" clip..
I enjoyed it, and the subtle humor (The portraits of Horse heads in the background) was just great..
But how many of these were made? And what are they?
