Do you have a favorite "Peanuts" character, and if so, who is it, and why?
Do you have a favorite comic strip that they turned into a cartoon?
Do you have a favorite comic strip in general?
What am I doing here?
I'm "baby-sitting" my parents' cats (and my grandmother, to an extent) while they're in Disney World this week. Tonight, I didn't know what I wanted for dinner, so I had a bowl of cereal (who says you can't have breakfast for dinner?) Anyway, the cereal is a new donut flavored cereal, and my...
Someone standing either beside me, or behind me when I'm showing them something, and they're eating something, or chewing gum, right in my ear.
Scraping anything against styrofoam boxes.
That squeaking noise sneakers make when you scrape them on the floor.
People with "My Way or the Highway"...
I found the last book of Muppet comic strips I needed to complete my collection last night (I accidentally put in my parents' address for the shipping address, though).
I think the first time I ever saw the original Fraggle Rock was somtime during the 1990's during a Disney Channel preview. My family just had basic cable, so I never had HBO. The first Fraggle Rock series I remember seeing was the animated one on NBC. I remember going to McDonald's and getting...
IMO, it's a toss up between Doc Hopper and Constantine, and I can't decide who I liked better as a villain. Though I cast my vote for Doc Hopper, mainly because I guess I'm just a bigger fan of Old School.
My sister found a vintage Care Bear Cousin on Ebay that arrived smelling like cigarette smoke. Yuckola! However, our dad put it in the dryer with a Bounce dryer sheet and turned it on Tumble Dry for half an hour. Not sure if he put it in the washing machine or not, but that got rid of the smell...
That's actually one of my favorite songs, but I dig why someone wouldn't like it. It's a different strokes for different folks sort of thing.
I used to go into Spencer's a lot during the late 1990's, when I was in my teens. They used to have a bunch of Monkees merchandise.
To be perfectly frank, I honestly don't believe the Muppets are as popular as they once were. If they were, we'd have Seasons 4 and 5 of TMS by now. Yes, I know there are issues with music rights, but I don't think it would take this long to have them solved. This is just an opinion, though.
Do you like cats?
Are you a cat person, or a dog person?
Or are you a bunny rabbit, guinea pig, or fish person?
Do you have any pets?
Can you tell I'm a crazy cat lady?
Can you tell I'm just crazy?
I bought a book of Muppet comic strips from the 1980s on Ebay, and it arrived today, with a dried up Band-Aid stuck to the cover. Whether or not it was a used Band-Aid, I don't know (nor do I WANT to know, but it seemed to come off pretty quickly without damaging the cover). These books are not...
Thanks. I'm not quite sure how I came up with it, though, except for the fact that I was writing fanfic for the Monkees, and I gave them a counterpart group, the Mallards.
This movie poster was inspired by a dream I had last night, but I only remember two parts from it. Mickey Mouse (as "Sherriff Mickey") and Kermit the Frog (as "The Lone Frog") were having a showdown in the streets, and one of my original characters (who is a director) kept calling "cut" because...
